Non- Disclosure

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

In addition to the privacy practices outlined in our privacy statement, by registering as a member on our website and accessing our downloadable scripts and resources, you agree to the following Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

1. Confidentiality:

You acknowledge that the scripts, materials, and information provided to you through our website are confidential and proprietary to Patriot Filming ("Disclosing Party").

2. Use of Confidential Information:

You agree to use the confidential information solely for the purpose of preparing for auditions, performances, or other activities related to your involvement in projects associated with Patriot Films.

3. Non-Disclosure:

You agree not to disclose, distribute, or otherwise make available any confidential information to any third party including social media, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

4. Protection of Confidential Information:

You agree to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the information, including but not limited to maintaining the information in strict confidence and implementing appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Duration of Agreement:

This NDA shall remain in effect indefinitely or until the release of "Title TBD" and your obligation to maintain confidentiality shall survive termination of your membership or any other relationship with Patriot Filming.

6. Exceptions:

This NDA shall not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of your own.

7. Governing Law:

This NDA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Release of rights downstream

By downloading script sides from Patriot Filming ("Company"), you hereby release and grant to the Company the perpetual and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your audition submissions, including but not limited to video recordings, audio recordings, photographs, and any accompanying materials (collectively, "Submissions"), on any platform or medium, including without limitation, social media platforms, websites, television, film, theater, pay-per-view, and promotional materials, for any purpose deemed appropriate by the Company, without any compensation to you.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company may edit, modify, or adapt your Submissions in any manner it sees fit, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final version of the Submissions before they are used.

You further represent and warrant that you have the legal right to grant the rights set forth in this release and that the Submissions do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You understand that once you download the script sides, this release shall remain in effect indefinitely and cannot be revoked or rescinded.

By downloading the script sides, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this release statement and agree to be bound by its terms.
